Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).

Important Conditions:
Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
Items purchased during sale or promotional offers are non-returnable.
Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
